Brewery Workshop Purchase Flow

Hyperion Brewing Co. wanted to bring beer enthusiasts closer to their business to build raving fans by giving them a chance to be a brewer for a day.

After collaborating on everything from their brand identity to their taproom aesthetics, I was excited to work together again.

Our task was to design a seamless customer flow for their latest offering, the Hyperion Brewers Experience.

GOALS

  • Create a polished, on-brand experience for a premium offering.

  • Deliver an easy-to-navigate booking flow presenting all relevant information without overwhelming users.

  • Enable gift card purchases and seamless scheduling after purchase.

USERS

  • Existing patrons of Hyperion eager to elevate their experience.

  • Friends and family looking for the perfect gift for beer enthusiasts.

The ideation process involved brainstorming sessions to conceptualize a user flow that catered to both primary user groups. In addition to this, we crafted a distinctive sub-brand that seamlessly resonated with Hyperion's identity, accompanied by visually appealing gift certificates. Every element of the website pages was designed to ensure a seamless journey from exploration to purchase.

To facilitate a seamless scheduling process, we integrated Acuity Scheduling. This not only provided users with a hassle-free experience but also allowed us to customize the design to align with Hyperion's branding.

Our design underwent usability testing within the team, ensuring that every step of the customer flow met the criteria of ease and efficiency. Feedback loops were instrumental in refining the design, resulting in an interface that resonated with both user groups.


This project showcased promise in transitioning from brand design to product design, demonstrating an understanding of user needs and the ability to create a seamless digital experience.
